Every order that you place on our Site will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms of Sale. The final details of your order will be listed at the end of the checkout process. Following completion of the checkout process, we will send you an email detailing the products you have ordered with an order number and date, the shipping address and delivery method you have given us for your order. This email is not an order acceptance from us, and your order will not be completed and accepted by us until we notify you that it has been shipped. You must inform us immediately if there are any errors in your order.
Once we have processed your order, we will send you another email confirming that it has been shipped. You should save this email for your own records. The shipping notification email will be completion of your purchase contract. If there are items that you have ordered that do not appear in the shipping notification email, you will not be charged for them. All orders must be prepaid in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards as payment for purchases on the Site via Stripe. We do not accept money orders, personal or business checks, COD’s, or any credit card not listed above.
Reversed credit card charges are charged according to our cancellation fees and any shipping we have already paid. Bounced checks are charged $30. Payment by check must be to our merchant account from time-to-time we reserve the right to refuse check payments.

With regard to online product orders executed on our website, we are happy to receive returns for refunds or exchanges within 30 days after shipping, in accordance with the terms described below. Merchandise that is returned for refund or exchange must be in new and in unused condition. The original receipt and all packaging must be returned with the merchandise for a full refund of purchase price or exchange. We may reject your return if any items are missing (such as instruction manuals, or accessories) or may charge a fee to replace those items. Electronic items, DVDs, and certain other items will incur a 15% restocking fee. All mouth calls and wholesale sales are non-returnable. All items that you believe are defective are subject to our inspection before a refund or exchange is approved. Defective items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and all materials inside the package, including but not limited to instruction manuals, accessories and parts. Defective DVDs will be exchanged only for the same item within 30 days.
Before you return an item to us please send us an email stating your reason for a return. We will email you a return shipping label for you to affix to the original box that your order came in. You will then take the box to your nearest UPS Store and they will send it to us. If you do not live near a UPS Store, then please call UPS and request a pick-up and they will send it to us. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Holbrook Studio™ reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
All returns require a return authorization from us. Before you return an item to us please send us an email stating your reason for a return. Order cancellations for any reason are subject to a $30 cancellation fee and order processing fees (3%) and any shipping charges we may have incurred on any products we may have already shipped.
Order corrections can be made before your order ships (no charge). Adding or dropping items from your order is no longer allowed; if you need to do this, simply place another order. If you need to change the delivery address or date, you must call us or email us first (several days) before we ship so we can get this done in a timely fashion. UPS now charges you over $13 per package for address / intercept corrections if your order is already enroute. Make sure you have provided us with the correct name and address for your shipment. You are responsible for making sure your address, your order, the items and the quantity are 100% correct at the time you place your order. Be SURE you examine your order receipt, which is emailed to you at the time of your order!
You should review our Return Policy included in our Terms of Use for other important requirements for returns.
Missing items are refunded after we receive the shipping invoice data for your order. Your shipping invoice can take several weeks to arrive, but we can request the data from our suppliers and shippers and usually process this much sooner. Any extra shipping charges we’ve had to pay are collected at that time and deducted from your refund.
You must report any missing items with 10 days of receiving your shipment (no exceptions). We may require an inventory from you of all items received so we can cross check the shipping records, including shipping weight.
Any products received that are not part of your order must be returned. Return shipping costs for overshipments returned to us are reimbursed to you (credited to your credit card in most cases), or we can issue a call tag and have the products picked up. Failure to return or cooperate in the return of any overshipped products (you decide to keep them) will result in you being charged for their cost and any shipping fees we have paid.
No back orders on freight shipments (semi-truck). UPS shipments are usually back ordered and filled when products become available.

At this time, Holbrook Studio™ ships merchandise to locations within the United States, and U.S. territories including but not limited Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Holbrook Studio™ ships merchandise to Canada, Mexico and Brazil, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
